Positions
Bartender
Now this is a fun job – mixing, pouring, blending and setting the pace for high energy in the bar.
Busser
We want to get our guests’ dining experience kicked off as quickly as possible, and that requires tables cleared and cleaned as efficiently as possible. Our Bussers provide that extra helping hand to ensure that our guests are made to feel comfortable and attended to, throughout their entire Local Heroes experience.
Dishwasher
Providing a clean restaurant with the highest sanitation standards is a promise we make to our guests. Responsibilities in this job include the maintenance of our washrooms and general areas throughout the restaurant as well as ensuring that all of our serving ware is spotless.
Food Prep
We bring in fresh produce, meats and food products of the highest quality and following our exceptional recipes to prepare great tasting meals. Our high standards in food preparation are the first step in preparing great meals for our guests.
Host/ess
The first of many smiles when guests walk in the door – our host/esses greet guests, help find them the best seat as quickly as possible and give them a welcoming start to their dining experience. If you like the feeling you get when you take good care of people – then this may be the job where you’ll excel.
Line Cook
It takes all kinds of skills to cook up the quality food on our menu; Fry, Grill, Broil, – and pulling it all together, then you become Head Line. Have the passion and experience for great looking and great tasting food? This might be the job for you.
Server
Our servers personify Local Heroes sporty, Canadian hospitality by caring enough to suggest favourites on our menu, making sure there is always fresh drinks and food on the table, and taking care of all the details that make for a great night out.
